with the new Daylight Saving Time Policy

Dear Customer,
We appreciate your interest in any compatibility issues between the
PHOENIX/PREFERENCE products and the new Daylight Saving Time policy (click

Since the Energy Policy Act of 2005 was enacted on August 8, 2005, many of our
clients have expressed interest in knowing if or how this will affect their use
of the PHOENIX/PREFERENCE products.
