Partner Commitment

In order to be considered for this program and related partner benefits, a member of the Pathlore Channel Partner Program makes the following commitments:

• Have two (2) systems/application developers complete the "core" Technical Training Requirements within 90 days of Channel Partner authorization.
• Have two (2) sales representatives complete the "core" Sales Training Requirements within 90 days of authorization
• Execute one PREFERENCE and PHOENIX specific marketing activity per quarter to drive incremental sales engagements.
• Agree to meet and continue to meet the above criteria, remain in compliance with the Pathlore Channel Partner Program Guide and accept the terms of the Pathlore Channel Partner Agreement. Pathlore reserves the right to amend such criteria from time to time and the Channel Partner is required to fulfill any new or amended criteria within 90 days of receipt of amendments.
  

If a Mainframe Channel Partner does not adhere to these requirements, Pathlore reserves the right to terminate their participation in the Pathlore Mainframe Channel Partner Program.
