Customer agrees that Pathlore shall have the right to use – or not to use – in its sole discretion any information remitted to Pathlore with respect to suggestions remitted by Customer to Pathlore relating to the Software, including, without limitation, suggested changes, modifications and corrections thereto (collectively, the "Information"). By submitting this form to Pathlore, you agree that Pathlore will treat the information as non-confidential and can use the information without compensation to you or any other person sending this information. You also acknowledge that this information may be viewed by other people in your organization.
