Applicability:	All PREFERENCE clients using GSPBATCH utility

Problem:	The GSPBATCH utility abends with an S0C4 while 
		parsing control cards.
		This condition is caused by the presence of the 
		AMODE=31 parameter. Application of this PTF or 
		removing the AMODE=31 parameter will eliminate 
		the error condition.                                       


Action:	Apply the following PTF.
