Applicability:	All Preference Clients using the Preference PSF Print 
			Facility

Problem:	If a Preference PSF Print request encounters an "OUTPUT 
		LIMIT EXCEEDED" error condition, then a DIAGNOSTIC Dump will 
		be produced.  This may be identified by a GC136 message for 
		program CBESR184.

Prerequisite:	none

Action:	Apply the following PTF.
