When a group volume or 'ALL' is defined for the FTOC= parameter in GSPBATCH, 
the group volume is mistakenly processed.  An effect of this processing is 
that the group volume index is deleted.  This ptf excludes group volumes 
from force toc processing in GSPBATCH.
