For reader/writer print, if an item has TOC=Y and the TOC for that item is 
more than one page, items immediately following the item with TOC=Y may be 
skipped.  Instead items from the file listed at the top of the last page of
the TOC are printed.  This ptf restores correct sequencing of printed items.
