Applicability:  All PREFERENCE Clients using the DB2 External Data
                Access Feature.

Problem:        The Preference Operating Parameter "DBIISSID=" requires
                the DB2 subsystem-id to be 4 positions.  With this
                change the DB2 subsystem-id can be less than 4
                positions.

Action: Apply the following PTF.
