Applicability:  All PHOENIX and PREFERENCE Clients using the CICS
                Interface

Problem:  When the PRDC transaction is initiated to disable the
          PHOENIX/PREFERENCE Global XZCIN Exit Routine, there may be
          pending help/screen captures requests.  When this is the case,
          the Global Exit remains Enabled and the following information
          message is presented:

             GC614 GOALSYS - nnn help transactions in flight after . . .

          If the user wishes to force the Global XZCIN Exit to be
          Disabled, the "OPT=FORCE" option may be used with this PRDC
          transaction.  This PTF is required to allow the PRDC
          transaction to recognize this option.

Action: Apply the following PTF.
