Applicability:  PHOENIX and PREFERENCE

Problem:        When a user receives the following message in the log:

                    GC136   1        X        0 CBEEDITP PSW=

                it may be followed by another message as follows:

                    GC136   1        X        0 CBESR021 PSW=

                The error in CBEEDITP is generally due to a 3270
                emulator product error.  This PTF addresses the problem
                that may follow in program CBESR021.

Circumvention:  N/A

Action: Apply the following PTF.
