Applicability:  All PHOENIX and PREFERENCE Clients

Problem:    When running the GSPRESTR utility if the GSPTERM file
            becomes full before all of the input data has been
            processed, then GSPRESTR will go into an infinite loop.
            With this PTF applied GSPRESTR will display the following
            error message when the GSPTERM file becomes full and then
            skip to the next file:

               GB264A ERROR: INPTERM  IS TOO LARGE FOR GSPTERM
                      FILE WILL NOT BE RESTORED

Circumvention:  Ensure that the GSPxxxx output files are at least the
                same size or larger than the input source files.

Action: Apply the following PTF.
