PHOENIX 7.8.0 PREFERENCE 7.8.0 PTF Number: S780013 DATE: 06/10/2004 Applicability: All PHOENIX and PREFERENCE Users This PTF replaces the original S780012. Problem: If a CICS region communicating with GOALSYS runs our PHXI or PRDI multiple times during CICS Shutdown, then the GOALSYS CBETAM task may ABEND with an S0C1. Circumvention: If the PHXI or PRDI transaction is being run at CICS Shutdown, then ensure that only one of these transactions run. That means either one PHXI or one PRDI. It does not mean one of each. Another option is to not run either of these tranactions at CICS Shutdown. The operating system will close our communications ACB driving our Close Exit Routine to clean-up. Action: Apply the following PTF. //S780013 JOB //FIX EXEC PGM=AMASPZAP, // PARM=IGNIDRFULL //SYSLIB DD DSN=GSP.LINKLIB,DISP=SHR //SYSPRINT DD SYSOUT=X //SYSIN DD * * NAME GOALSYS FIXAPPL * VER 0E 00 * REP 0E 0D * * NAME GOALSYS CBETAM * VER 03E0 58F0,3F3C * REP 03E0 47F0,AB18 * * NAME GOALSYS CBECOM * VER 0B18 0000,0000,0000,0000 VER 0B20 0000 * REP 0B18 BFFF,3F3C,4780,D16A REP 0B20 07FF * CHECKSUM B6C544D2 * /* //
