Applicability:  All PHOENIX and PREFERENCE Clients using the CICS
                Interface with the PRDP/PRDQ transactions defined to
                run on a Remote System.

Problem:        If the PRDP/PRDQ transactions are defined to run on a
                Remote System instead of the terminal owning region,
                PREFERENCE help requests will take the user to the sign
                on screen and screen capture requests will not capture
                the application screen.

Action:         Apply the following PTF.
