Applicability:  All PHOENIX and PREFERENCE Clients using the
                CICS Interface

Problem:        PREFERENCE help requests may take the user to the sign
                on screen and screen capture requests will not capture
                the application screen.  When the user exits from     
                PHOENIX or PREFERENCE due to this error, the user will
                receive a GC521 GOALSYS - SIGNOFF COMPLETE message.

Prerequisites:  PTF's S790005 and S790006 should be applied.

Action:         Apply the following PTF.
